jazzercize

hey dudes and dudettes!

i hope you enjoyed this week of journaling/writing and got some good thoughts down. i know i did. i have about six different books i write in, which i'm well aware is ridiculous, so it was fun to put a dent in a few of them.

this week is a fun/easy one. it's not actually jazzercize/cise, though that would be fun(ny). this week we are listening to jazz for 30 minutes each day. if you don't have any jazz music, you need to get some. any jazz you like will do, as long as it's not kenny g, or anything with the word smooth in front of it. if you need some suggestions, i'd be happy to give you them, otherwise, the world is your oyster.

there is also some prep work you need to do for next week, as it will be probably our hardest week yet. perhaps you can combine this week and the homework by listening to music while you do your research.

next week we are going to be raw foodists. that's right, raw food. it's a bit different than you think, in that food can be heated up to 105 degrees, the theory being that past that is where the enzimes and good qualities break down. this is not going to be easy, but it will be educational, informative, and probably colon cleansing. regardless, i think it will be worth it to try our best. it is only a week, so i think we can do it. fruit for breakfast, salad for lunch, those two are easy, dinner, that will be a bit harder. so, if you search raw food recipes on google, you'll find a ton. i don't have a food dehydrator, but i think i can probably use my oven set on 100 degrees. i hope this helps, and i hope you guys partake. much love and happy hunting.
